A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Central Birmingham (B4) is looking for a Psychology graduate TA to join them from September. The school has a growing focus on pupil wellbeing and SEMH support, and this opportunity has come up due to long-term staff sickness within their intervention team.
The role involves supporting targeted pupils in small group settings and 1:1, especially those with barriers to learning or emotional regulation needs. You’ll work under the direction of the SENCO and class teachers, with ongoing mentoring available.

Requirements
- Degree in Psychology or a related field
- Interest or experience in child development, SEMH, or SEND
- Positive, empathetic approach to pupil support
- Strong communication and organisation skills
