Permanent salaries £50,000 - £65,000 + car allowance + benefits.

Location: Hybrid (Home & London or Birmingham Office).

Our client, a global independent consultancy in construction, are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team on an exciting infrastreucture programme. Previous quantity surveying experience is vital, along with having some experience with NEC3/ NEC4 forms of contract. Successful candidates will have some expertise from a range of industries within infrastructure such as utilities, civil engineering, power etc.

As Quantity Surveyor you will assist and advise the Commercial Lead and Senior Management Team on commercial influences around Cost & Value reporting and changes required to ensure profit targets are met, along with overseeing the procurement and management of subcontractors and other suppliers.

What You’ll Do:

Support in managing project costs and budgets.

Preparing financial reports, cost estimates, and evaluations.

Manage contracts and payment applications.

Contribute to cost forecasting and managing project financials.

Work with a team of experts in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of experience in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contract management.

Strong analytical and communication skills.

A degree in Quantity Surveying or related field, and working towards professional membership.
