Due to an exciting new contract win, we are currently looking for an Electrician to join our newly launching Response business based in the Birmingham area.

Role Responsibilities:
- Undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance within social housing domestic settings, including electrical testing
- Meeting weekly productivity targets and attending to emergency, reactive, and routine repairs
- Interacting professionally and amicably with tenants
Candidate Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent (e.g., City & Guilds), with 18th Edition certificate and AM2
- Test and Inspect qualification desirable
- Experience working in domestic properties preferred
- Full UK driving license, essential for role with company van use
- Availability for emergency call-outs on a rota basis
