What you’ll bring to the table:

• Demonstrable experience working as a user researcher in the public sector
• Passion for conducting inclusive and robust research
• Ability to define appropriate research activities to help meet strategic objectives and deliver products and services
• Creative and engaging approach to presenting research findings to a variety of audiences
• Knowledge of the technologies used to build and operate digital services, including innovative and emergent technologies
• Experience of working to the GDS standards, across multiple stages of the delivery lifecycle
• Understanding of agile approaches and experience of working in agile teams
