Are you ready to be a key player in the successful rollout of our new operating model within the Building Products Together programme? This role is crucial to BT Group’s strategy, ensuring our teams can deliver for their customers faster and more reliably. You'll work across BT, breaking through historical boundaries and blockers, driving a fundamental shift in our ways of working, roles, systems, behaviours, and processes to accelerate our transformation.

Why It's Important

Success in implementing Building Products Together hinges on consistently adopting, effectively coaching, and maintaining our delivery standards and practices. The Tech Delivery Centre of Excellence (COE) aims to develop the maturity of our tribes and drive the adoption of standards and good practices at individual, tribe, chapter, and community levels. As an expert in these standards and practices, you will guide tribes, enhancing their maturity and performance. Your role will impact large groups of people, including tribes and communities of SMEs, ensuring effective change adoption through scaled change management plans and close collaboration with stakeholders.

Join us in making a significant impact and driving strong adoption of transformative practices across BT Group!
