Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in IT/Technology and Legal domains to work closely with compliance and legal teams. This role will ensure that business processes and products adhere to Consumer Duty regulations and requirements, supporting strategic alignment between technology,

operations, and legal compliance. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks, experience in legal technology, and strong analytical

capabilities to drive business improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Regulatory Compliance & Consumer Duty: Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to analyze regulatory requirements, ensuring business processes and products align with consumer duty obligations.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between IT, legal, and business teams, gathering requirements, identifying gaps, and providing strategic solutions.
• Business Process Improvement: Assess existing workflows, propose enhancements, and implement solutions that improve efficiency while maintaining compliance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to support compliance initiatives, track regulatory adherence, and generate reports for senior management.
• Technology Integration: Work alongside IT teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize legal technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration within existing frameworks.
• Documentation & Governance: Develop and maintain high-quality documentation of business processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance strategies.
• Risk Management: Identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity and regulatory integrity.
  
  
  

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or Legal environment (Law firm’s IT function or Legal Department of a Global bank).
