- 5+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role, with experience in gathering requirements and supporting business change.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good business and commercial awareness.
- A proactive and responsive attitude.
- Ability to build credible relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
- Confident under pressure and adaptable to different situations.
