Carpenter – Social Housing ProjectsLocation: BirminghamSalary: £30,000 - £32,000Full-Time | Ongoing Contract / Permanent OpportunityKey Responsibilities:
- Carry out 1st and 2nd fix carpentry in occupied and void social housing properties
- Perform maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments to a high standard
- Work alongside other trades and housing staff to ensure tenant satisfaction
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and site procedures
- Maintain a professional and respectful attitude when working in tenants' homes
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Carpentry
- Experience working on social housing or similar residential projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
