Dynamics365 Developer – Salesforce & Microsoft Dynamics


Location: Birmingham (Hybrid/Flexible Working Available)


Contract: Full-Time, Permanent


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced CRM Developer to join a growing internal technology team as part of a wider digital transformation programme. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving business challenges through smart, scalable CRM solutions and wants to work across both Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 platforms.


You’ll play a pivotal part in delivering CRM enhancements that improve customer journeys, empower internal users, and integrate seamlessly with other business systems.


The Role


As a Dynamics365 Developer, you will:



  • Design, develop, and deploy CRM solutions across Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Configure CRM systems and build custom components to meet business requirements

  • Create and maintain system integrations with third-party tools and internal platforms

  • Collaborate closely with analysts, architects, and developers in both the UK and the US

  • Participate in Agile sprints, providing technical input and delivering features on time

  • Ensure all code and configurations meet security, compliance, and governance standards

  • Produce documentation, support code reviews, and contribute to best practice sharing


About You


You’re a collaborative developer who thrives on problem-solving and delivering value. You bring:



  • Experience with Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce)

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (configuration, workflows, Power Platform)

  • A strong understanding of CRM data structures, integration techniques, and user experience

  • Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party application integration

  • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps pipelines

  • Experience working in Agile teams, with strong communication and collaboration skills


Desirable Extras



  • Certifications in Salesforce Platform Development and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Experience working within regulated industries (e.g., financial services)

  • Understanding of GDPR and other data protection standards
