1. Manage and lead people in delivering work packages or project stages, ensuring acceptance, closure, and handover to service.


2. Define work package or project stage requirements and manage agreement processes.


3. Operate in accordance with Client working practices and local policies.


4. Report to the Project or Program Manager through Highlight Reports and stage assessments.


5. Ensure formal review procedures are used.


6. Manage risks associated with project or work package deliverables.


7. Ensure business unit profit & loss impact is visible and contingency usage is signed off by governance.


8. Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and clients.


9. Align personal objectives with Project or Program objectives.


10. Support project compliance with relevant policies.

Due to the urgency of this position, candidates with or who have held high-level security clearance are preferred. Successful applicants will need to obtain security clearance, which can take up to 10 weeks.
