Are you passionate about ensuring safety standards in electrical and lift systems? We are seeking an experienced Safety Compliance Advisor to manage and deliver safety compliance for electrical and lift systems across a wide range of properties. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in maintaining legal compliance, protecting residents, and improving service delivery in a critical area of housing safety.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage electrical and lift safety compliance programmes, including certification and cyclical servicing.
* Oversee areas such as Portable Appliance Testing (PAT), electric vehicle points, and solar PV systems.
* Monitor remedial works, ensuring completion and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
* Analyse data from compliance systems to identify trends and reconcile discrepancies.
* Provide expert technical advice on electrical and lift compliance to internal and external stakeholders.
* Lead on internal projects and support audit processes as needed.
* Collaborate with teams, contractors, and partners to continuously improve compliance systems.
* Maintain accurate records in the asset management system and ensure compliance contracts are managed effectively.

What We're Looking For:

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., VRQ Level 2 in Electrical/Gas Safety or equivalent).

Desirable Attributes:
* Proactive and organised with a keen eye for detail.
* Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
* Team-oriented with a positive, professional approach.
* Willing to attend meetings and events outside normal hours when necessary.
* This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the safety and wellbeing of residents, with support for ongoing professional development.
