Social Media Manager

£30,000 to £32,000 (Based on qualifications & Experience)
Full Time Office Based – Monday to Friday
One to One Personnel is proud to be working our global brand client who is looking to hire a Social Media Manager to join their team at their offices based in Birmingham
To be considered for this role it is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years previous Social Media experience in Fashion/Apparel/Lifestyle/Streetwear
Role Overview
As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the digital voice of our brand. You’ll develop and execute social strategies that increase engagement, grow our community, and drive brand awareness, traffic and be a key part of the team dedicated to helping push the brand forward. Working across the men’s and women’s business across all social touchpoints, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube. Reporting to the Brand Director you’ll be responsible for the weekly planning and executing on all of the above channels ensuring that every moment from creative to activation has a full pledged social roll out planned
Skills and Experience Required
Industry experience in Fashion / Apparel / Lifestyle / Streetwear
3+ years’ experience in social media management
Deep understanding of content creation, social trends, and platform algorithms
Strong aesthetic sense and understanding of fashion culture
Skilled in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Later, Planoly, or similar
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Data-driven mind-set with experience using analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.)
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging channels)
Create and curate visually compelling and on-brand content (in collaboration with the creative and marketing teams)
Plan and schedule content calendars to align with product launches, campaigns, and activations
Analyse performance metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements
Stay on top of social trends, platform updates, and fashion industry news to keep us ahead of the curve
Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and creators to amplify our social presence
Engage with our audience through DMs, comments, and community
Support paid social campaigns with organic content strategy and coordination
