Due to ongoing growth, we have an exciting opening at our Birmingham Express Bodyshop for a Multiskilled Technician.
The Role
As a Multiskilled Technician, you’ll play a vital role in delivering top-tier repairs across paint, panel, and MET disciplines — ensuring all work meets BSI PAS 10125 and manufacturer standards. You’ll work on a wide range of vehicles, including the latest electric and hybrid models.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Carrying out full paint processes: masking, prepping, mixing, spraying, and final finishing

Completing light MET and panel repairs, including strip and refit work

Accurately assessing damage and planning efficient, high-quality repairs

Assisting across departments to maintain workflow and cover absences

Following health & safety practices and keeping your workspace clean and compliant
What We’re Looking For
-
Proven experience across paint, panel, and MET within the accident repair sector
-
Training or hands-on experience working with electric/hybrid vehicles
-
Strong attention to detail and a dedication to high repair standards

A team player who’s also confident working independently

Flexibility to support different departments as needed

ATA or NVQ qualifications preferred (we’ll support renewal if required)
