Remote / National Coverage

£50,000 - £60,000 Basic + Car Allowance (c£6,000) + Commission (OTE £100k+) + Private Healthcare + Pension

On offer is an exciting opportunity to join a leading Grounds Maintenance company, with a strong track record and market presence within the public sector. As part of an ambitious new growth strategy, they are now looking to appoint a Head of Sales to lead and scale their private sector offering. You'll play a key role in shaping and driving the sales strategy, working closely with the senior leadership team. A highly competitive package is on offer, including uncapped commission with OTE exceeding £100,000.

With a strong footprint across the UK and Europe, this business continues to grow as a leading force in the industry. As Head of Sales, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing the private sector growth strategy, leading a team of three Regional Sales Managers, and personally driving high-value national contracts. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader who thrives on the excitement of the chase, is motivated by high earnings, and is ready to lead, inspire, and elevate a high-performing team.

Key Duties:

  • Design a dynamic B2B market growth strategy whilst building a team of Regional Sales Managers to proactively grow the business
  • Drive excellent performance amongst your sales team to deliver the growth strategy and deliver sales targets as per budget
  • Increase business opportunities through various routes to market keeping up to date with competitor activity working towards a £1m per annum personal target
  • Align existing all sales resources developing a new sales process, reviewing industry innovations, and keeping up to date with opportunities to develop idverde services

Experience Required:

  • Demonstrated expertise in solution sales to customers in the private sector
  • The ability to be an inspirational leader motivating large teams of sales professionals
  • Willing to travel as you will be sourcing national contract opportunities
  • Ability to generate £1m+ p/a of sales
