Key Responsibilities:
·Lead mechanical design from concept to completion across various sectors ·Deliver detailed, high-quality HVAC and building services designs using Revit, IES, and other tools ·Liaise with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to deliver coordinated design solutions ·Drive sustainability and energy efficiency through design ·Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practice standards ·Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical development of the Birmingham office ·Represent the consultancy in client and design team meetings
What They're Looking For:
·Degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services ·Chartered or working towards chartership (CIBSE or equivalent) ·Strong mechanical design experience in a consultancy environment ·Proficient in Revit, IES, AutoCAD, and related design software ·Confident communicator with strong collaboration and leadership skills ·A passion for sustainable, low-energy building design ·Ambition to contribute to and grow a new regional team
