Supervising EL/PL Lawyer – Birmingham – Salary £45,000 – £50,000 DOE
My client is a leading international law firm and they are looking to bring in an EL/PL Lawyer to join their growing Personal Injury team in Birmingham. This newly created role has come about due to the firms continued growth and offers a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to step into a supervisory role while maintaining a quality caseload of their own. You wouldnt need previous experience managing a team to be considered.
Role
You will manage your own caseload of predominantly multi-track EL/PL files that will include files over £100k, while also supervising junior team members of around 2–4 people. Your caseload will be smaller to allow you to give proper supervision but also to ensure that you keep your case handling experience. You will have a handful of files in your own name and will have the pick of the files allocated to your team.
