Job Title: Repair Coordinator
Location: Birmingham B19
Salary: £25,000 to £31,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 or 09:00 to 17:00

Overview:
Our client are looking for a confident Repair Coordinator to join their established team based at their Birmingham office and support the business with the administration of service and repair requests
Key Responsibilities as a Repair Coordinator:
Manage and allocate repair work queues efficiently
Maintain service levels in line with business expectations
Act as the first point of contact for escalated queries and complaints
Keep accurate records using internal systems such as a Repairs Management System (RMS)
Handle product receipt, dispatch, estimation, and pricing activities
Uphold the security and integrity of all customer and business products
Coordinate workload distribution, including receipt, logging, estimating, tracking, and dispatch of customer repairs
Deliver a high level of customer service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and CRM platforms
Essential Requirements as a Repair Coordinator:
Detail-oriented with consistent output under pressure
Strong organisational and time management skills
Problem-solver with a logical and innovative mindset
Customer-focused and quality-driven
