Fantastic Opportunity for a Skilled Multi-Trader - Sandwell Region

Are you an experienced Multi-Trader looking for a long-term role with a respected and forward-thinking housing association? We have an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to join a well-established maintenance team covering the Sandwell area of Birmingham.

This role is perfect for someone with strong all-round skills who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and customer service. You'll be carrying out a mix of planned and reactive maintenance on domestic social housing properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patch plastering and general repairs

• Kitchen fitting and basic carpentry (skirtings, architraves, door adjustments)

• Installation of handrails and accessibility aids

• Basic plumbing tasks (taps, leaks, pipework)

• Ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards

Job Details: Start Date: ASAP Location: Sandwell / Birmingham Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Duration: Ongoing (Temp to Perm opportunity) Pay Rate: £18.00 per hour

Requirements:

• Proven experience in multi-trade maintenance roles

• Strong carpentry background preferred

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence

• Great communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
