Job Title: Discount Partner Proposition Administrator
Location: Birmingham, with regular travel to Runcorn and national travel
Salary: Up to £25,000 dependant on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00
The Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Discount Partner Proposition Administrator to join our Sales and Marketing team. This role is pivotal in supporting the Discount Partner Proposition Manager and ensuring smooth operations across various functions. You will be the key contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing comprehensive support in onboarding new suppliers, managing supplier queries, and assisting with marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support:Organise and schedule meetings, maintain systems and communications, and assist with data management.
- Supplier Onboarding and Management:Coordinate introductory meetings, prepare contract documents, manage compliance checks, and maintain supplier records.
- Marketing Support:Assist in creating and scheduling marketing plans, track content deadlines, and liaise with the marketing team.
- Customer and Supplier Queries:Handle initial complaints and queries, manage routine supplier issues, and escalate complex matters as needed.
- Invoicing and Financial Tracking:Perform initial checks on data submissions, manage deletions files, and support financial tracking.
