This will give you the opportunity to have a better work/life balance and also experience different learning environments. This position can start as soon as possible!
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop engaging lesson that cater to the individual needs of students.
- Manage the classroom effectively and create a supportive learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.
- Provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
- Promote positive behaviour and use behaviour management strategies.
Requirements:
- Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in behaviour management techniques.
- A genuine passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
- Hold an enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
- Be able to adapt to different classroom and learning environment.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
