If so, then keep on reading as we have the perfect opportunity for you!Zest Education are seeking a dedicated and passionate KS2 Teacher to work within schools around the South Birmingham area on a part-time basis. This will give you the opportunity to have a better work/life balance and also experience different learning environments. This position can start as soon as possible!

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging lesson that cater to the individual needs of students.
  • Manage the classroom effectively and create a supportive learning environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents and colleagues.
  • Provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
  • Promote positive behaviour and use behaviour management strategies.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) .
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in behaviour management techniques.
  • A genuine passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
  • Hold an enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one.
  • Be able to adapt to different classroom and learning environment.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.

The role advertised is for temporary supply work.
