Join Anthony Collins Solicitors, a social purpose law firm, as our new Early Talent Advisor, where you’ll play a key role in developing, coordinating, and delivering innovative talent programmes that support and grow the next generation of legal professionals.
As our Early Talent Advisor, you’ll take the lead on a range of exciting early careers initiatives. From managing our highly regarded Trainee Solicitor Scheme to shaping new apprenticeship pathways, you’ll be instrumental in developing a best-in-class early careers offering.
You’ll:
- Coordinate and promote the AC Trainee Solicitor Scheme, including Vacation Schemes, Law Fairs, and internal recruitment.
- Be a key contact for our trainees, supporting their development and career progression.
- Develop and deliver alternative qualification routes (SQE, CILEx, Equivalent Means).
- Launch and lead on apprenticeship programmes, including a new Paralegal Apprenticeship.
- Collaborate with HR and senior leaders to build structured early careers development pathways.
- Strengthen relationships with universities and external training providers.
- Oversee work experience placements and support our long-term talent pipeline.
- A proactive, ideas-driven mindset with a passion for career development.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working wit apprenticeships, traineeships, or graduate programmes.
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with a wide range of internal and external partners.
