We are looking for a talented, dedicated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
New starters will be subject to clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and a County Court Judgment check. In addition, the post holder is expected to keep the Company updated if their personal circumstances change.

We are looking for a talented, dedicated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
- Developing and implementing a Business Development strategy that aligns with the wider Group’s strategy
- Meeting agreed revenue growth targets
- Leading and managing the sales, bids and account management teams and setting out KPIs and deliverable targets
- Optimising cross-selling opportunities across different revenue lines
- Writing high-quality proposal documents and delivering sales presentations
- Establishing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Identifying sales opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Please note that this role will require travel to Marston offices as well as client sites
- Effective leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong commercial awareness
- Exceptional communication skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to design, analyse and monitor both financial and non-financial KPIs
