Information About The Role

Counter Terrorism Policing (CTP) is looking for a dynamic and driven Superintendent to be the new Head of Department for ODU. The role within ODU has national responsibility for all learning, training and exercising for the CT Network. You will work to the National Coordinator CT Protect & Prepare across a range of activities, representing Protect & Prepare at various strategic boards, co-ordinating all regional activity within the CT Network and leading key relationships with strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Management of organisational learning on behalf of CTP.
• Management of all CTP Training throughout the CT Network.
• Management of CT live exercise platform working with partners including Military, OSCT.
• Manage ODU budget setting, reporting and outline financial business cases for investment.
• Engage with and co-ordinate activities throughout the CT Network.
• Manage of organisational risk on behalf of CTPHQ including performance reporting.
• Represent ODU at key thematic boards including Protect & Prepare Thematic Board, CT Heads and ensure attendance at a wide scope of CTPHQ business boards.
