Job Advertisement: Mechanical and Electrical Estimator

Are you an experienced Mechanical and Electrical Estimator looking for a new opportunity with flexibility and growth potential?
Our client, a market leader in the treatment and hygiene space, is rapidly expanding its already successful engineering division and is now seeking a skilled Estimator to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
Estimating and pricing small works projects, including tank replacements, pipe adjustments, tank room fit-outs, and installations of water treatment equipment
Preparing accurate costings and ensuring timely submission of tenders
Collaborating with the engineering team to understand project specifications and requirements
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to assess the scope of work
Managing project estimates from initial inquiry through to contract award
Ensuring all projects are priced in line with company standards and within budget.What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in mechanical and electrical estimating, particularly in the water treatment or similar industries
Strong knowledge of estimating processes and techniques
Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering accurate, competitive quotes
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to tight deadlines
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.Why Join Us?
