We're looking for a skilled and motivated Building Services Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex M&E installations across a diverse portfolio of projects. From secure government facilities to high-street commercial units, you'll ensure top-quality service delivery from start to finish.

What you'll do:

" Oversee M&E installations by specialist sub-contractors" Report directly to the Principal Building Services Manager" Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with health & safety standards" Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and client representatives" Support commissioning and final handovers" Deliver high-quality, compliant, and efficient building services

What we're looking for:

" Recognised qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)" BS and/or Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)" Experience managing M&E on large-scale construction projects" Knowledge of current building services regulations and best practices" Strong communication and leadership skills" Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel across multiple regions
