Are you an experienced Recruitment Branch Manager working mainly within Industrial? We are delighted to be partnering with a leading and well known independent recruitment agency who are recruiting for a leader to take over one of their busiest branches in their network. Already and currently achieving in excess of £10k GP pw, this branch needs a hands on Branch Manager with key account management skills alongside A-Z business development to increase the client base in the local area. You can also offer permanent recruitment solutions in the area.

The branch has high street presence with free parking North of Birmingham Centre. With all the tools provided to do the role, you will lead from the front managing the teams’ activities and thrive on positive management style to get the best from everyone whilst creating a great working atmosphere for all to enjoy. We are seeking application from EXPERIENCED Senior Consultants and currently Branch Managers only. You MUST have or be working within a similar setting and demonstrate all the key aspects of running a successful branch. You will be comfortable with figures, budgets, compliance and targets and meet regularly with your team on a 1-2-1 basis to ensure everyone is on the same path and work together in harmony, helping each other and sharing fairly to provide the very best service to all clients and candidates.

The temp bonus is P&L based at 5% after three months and any perms are at 20% brought on and filled by the same person (shared otherwise).
