Project Manager – Civils & FRC | HS2 & Industrial Projects | Birmingham (Coleshill)

A leading main contractor is expanding its UK operations and is seeking experienced Project Managers with a strong background in civil engineering and FRC (Fibre Reinforced Concrete) to support major infrastructure projects, including HS2, from its Birmingham office in Coleshill.

The Role:

You’ll take ownership of complex civils and industrial build projects, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and self-delivery from start to finish. This role demands a high level of technical knowledge, project leadership, and the ability to deliver under tight timelines while maintaining top safety and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience managing civil engineering projects with FRC elements

• Strong self-delivery background with a hands-on approach

• Previous experience with a main contractor on large-scale infrastructure or industrial builds

• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
