This role requires someone who is immediately available or up to 1 weeks notice. Interviews for this role are taking place week commencing 12th May.
About the Role
This is the perfect opportunity for a Recruiter to expand on their pre-existing recruitment experience and knowledge to be able to identify, attract and engage with candidates for various roles within an in-house/internal Talent and Recruitment function.
As a Recruiter, you will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to support the Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR Business Partners for all Non M&P roles within the Industrial Merchant business entity across the UK. You will be responsible for both temporary and permanent recruitment processes for allocated vacancies.
The successful candidate will support the HR Team ensuring both excellent internal customer service and candidate journey experience is provided.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Working with Talent Acquisition Specialist and hiring managers to fulfill recruitment requirements

Telephone screening all applicants and shortlisting to hiring managers

Creating a talent pool for future opportunities

Leading on managing our key early careers, internship and apprenticeship attraction, selection, and programmes

Help coordinate and attend careers fairs

Arranging and preparing for interviews for short-listed candidates.

Providing hiring managers and HR Business partners with weekly vacancy updates

Data reporting of applications, interviews, confirmation and starts dates

Administering the ATS for allocated vacancies

Tracking application progress via the ATS

Engage with PSL agencies to conduct briefing calls for temporary and permanent vacancies

Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks
Are you a MATCH?

Previous Recruitment or HR Administration experience
-
Demonstrable experience in recruiting for hard-to-fill roles

Experience of using Workday / myHR is essential

Ability to manage a heavy work volume and meet deadlines in an extremely fast paced environment

A good knowledge of relevant IT systems and Microsoft packages, particularly excel
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to deal with people at all levels across a multicultural environment

Be a proactive team player; contributing to overall team goals
