Alliance Personnel are looking for a reliable and experienced individual to join one of their clients in assembly department as a team leader.

Key Duties:

• To lead and guide a team of assembly workers, ensuring they meet production targets,
• To maintain quality standards, and adhere to safety protocols.
• To coordinate daily production activities,
• To provide training and support,
• To be involved in process improvements
• Carry out assembly work as part of the team
• Communicate clearly with the team and management
• Use basic IT systems to record data and follow instructions

Requirements:

• Previous experience in an assembly role
• Ability to lead a team or step into a supervisory position
• High level of spoken and written English
• Basic computer skills
• Good attention to detail and communication skills
