Job Description Field Service Engineer Midlands (Photocopier) Location Birmingham :

At Print Logic we are looking to bolster our existing Field Service Engineer team in the Midlands .

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years experience as a field service engineer within the photocopier industry.

A positive can do attitude is an absolute necessity.

Our customers expect the best and so, we need the best.

Core Competencies and Skills

· Have strong IT skills with experience in computing, IT and / or networking

· Qualified to NVQ level or similar, or time served

· Technical skills, with a strong electronic and / or mechanical background

· PC Literate

· An understanding of electronic / electrical circuits with some knowledge of connectivity

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Physically fit and able to lift heavy items and understand appropriate manual handling techniques

· Keen to develop and learn

· Self-motivated and organized, able to prioritise work schedules to maximise efficiency and customer service

· The ability to provide first class customer service and have previous customer facing experience.

· Able to deal sensitively with customers who have malfunctioning equipment

· Friendly personality and excellent communication skills

· Full, clean UK driving licence

· Be able to see problems from the customers perspective.

· Be able to understand technical diagrams and manuals

· Have a good knowledge of maths, science and technology

· Be aware of electrical, mechanical health and safety issues

· Have normal colour vision

· An exemplary work ethic and a can-do attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
