- Design and implement recruitment campaigns to attract new foster carers
- Coordinate and deliver high-quality foster carer training (online and in-person)
- Build strong relationships with carers through engagement and support initiatives
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to data reporting and compliance
- Experience in recruitment, retention, or training, ideally within fostering or children’s services
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
- IT proficient – especially Microsoft Office (case management experience desirable)
- Flexible availability – may include occasional evenings or weekends
