Job: European Payroll Manager

Location: West Midlands - 3 days in office

Salary: £70,000 + car allowance

Contract type: Permanent

JGA are partnering with a leading business who are looking to add a European Payroll Manager to the team. This is an exciting time to join the business, as they go through a transition stage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the go-to link between Payroll, HR, Finance, and external partners—helping to clear up any payroll questions and keeping everything running smoothly from start to finish


• Spot chances to streamline and automate processes, making sure payroll runs at its absolute best.


• Make sure payroll is always accurate and on time, while staying fully compliant with local laws across all EMEA countries.

Required Skills:

• Experience within Eastern Europe & DACH countries


• ADP Celergo experience highly desirable


• Management experience


• Proven leadership skills
