Job Description


The National delivery operation manager will



  • Oversee the nationwide delivery operations ensuring efficient across 50+ locations

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with other departments (fleet, HR, Sales, Customer service) to ensure streamlined operations

  • Manage and mentor the regional delivery managers, and site transport and operational teams

  • Ensure all operations comply with health and safety regulations

  • Set expectations for transport compliance across the network of delivery points

  • Support and guide the site management team in best practice and management of drivers

  • Prepare and manage logistics budget

  • Support the resolution any issues or delays in delivery

  • Continuously evaluate and improve delivery processes


The Successful Applicant


A successful National Delivery Operations Manager should have:



  • Proven experience in managing logistics at a national level

  • International CPC

  • Experience with HIAB, Moffetts and Cranes is advantageous

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a large team

  • Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in logistics

  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
