We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with relevant experience to join our Galway office. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a multidisciplinary environment on diverse public and private projects.


In this role, you will:


Lead projects as a client-facing Project Manager, ensuring successful delivery.
Contribute to innovative and high-quality engineering solutions.
The candidate should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, hardworking, flexible, willing to take responsibility and comfortable working as part of a team.


Duties will include:


Project Management / Leadership:



  • Lead and manage engineering projects from concept to completion.

  • Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.

  • Financial management of project delivery.

  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and graduates.

  • Preparation of project reports (Planning, Tender, Construction Stage).


Business Development & Client Engagement:



  • Support business growth by building and maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and tender documentation.

  • Identify new opportunities and contribute to strategic planning.


Desirable skills/attributes:



  • Chartered Engineer / Chartered Project Professional.

  • Experience managing projects from commencement to handover.

  • Good communication skills and can prioritise and manage workload effectively.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
