Domestic Energy Assessor - #1689730

I am on the lookout for an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor and Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) to carry out condition surveys and EPCs on a wide range of residential properties, including houses, flats, and blocks. This role is based across the West midlands.



Duties of the Domestic Energy Assessor



• Conduct detailed stock condition surveys

• Produce accurate EPCs in compliance with current regulations

• Work across a variety of property types (occupied and void)



Candidates should have the following experience and accreditation

• Proven experience as a Stock Condition Surveyor and qualified DEA

• Accreditation with a recognised energy assessor scheme (e.g., Elmhurst, Stroma)

• Own transport

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
