In this Business Analyst role, your tasks will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality projects, including managing teams and resources.
- Coaching and providing constructive feedback for junior colleagues.
- Working closely with senior customer contacts to develop their relationship.
- Gather client requirements and turn these into detailed, unambiguous and accurate specifications.
- Solve challenging technical problems using a structured and logical approach.
- Design and implement top-quality new software solutions.
Job requirements - Business Analyst (Birmingham office)
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Manager or relevant role.
- A STEM or technical degree graded 2:1 or above from a top-tier university.
- At least ABB at A-level, ideally in STEM subjects.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
