We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Technical Business Analyst to help shape the headless landscape across multiple platforms like web and app. You’ll collaborate with partners to develop strategies for content syndication, asset management, and get involved in the evolution of our platforms. Your mission? Ensure our automotive technology stays cutting-edge!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for content syndication.
- Manage asset storage, tagging, and metadata.
- Collaborate with tech experts to innovate and improve platforms.
- Oversee the platform needs for web, app, and other tenants.
- Document requirements and write user stories with Business Analysts and SMEs.
- Translate stakeholder needs into actionable strategies.
- Compile comprehensive business requirement specifications.
Requirements
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a preference and awareness of other Adobe products.
- Experience juggling priorities with multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for both writing and leading workshops.
- Experience working with digital delivery agencies.
- Familiarity with AGILE methodologies in project management and web development.
- Understanding of business analysis processes and technical delivery practices.
- Experience in delivering user-focused digital services.
- Ability to work through ambiguous requirements and proactively build out solutions.
- A knack for integrating systems using APIs, webhooks, and data transfers.
- Strong management and collaboration skills.
- Flexibility and solid problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to explain complex issues to non-technical audiences.
- Passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
