The Role

As Associate Director, you’ll take a leading role in delivering expert planning advice to a range of clients, while also helping shape the future of the Birmingham office and wider business. You will be a key contributor to business development, mentoring junior team members, and influencing strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex planning projects across various sectors
• Provide strategic advice to clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and identify new business opportunities
• Mentor and support junior planners

Requirements

• RTPI Chartered status
• Extensive experience in similar role in the private sector
• Strong track record of project delivery and client engagement
• Commercial awareness and ability to support business growth
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
