Pensions Administration Systems Support Analyst
This role will work within Administration Systems to deliver work in a consistent and market leading manner. This role is a key part of ensuring ongoing work is delivered effectively for the Administration business.
The role will report into the Support Lead and will be part of the Admin Systems team. The role will work closely with the Administration business as well as stakeholders from across Isio.
The ideal candidate will be based in our Birmingham, Reading, Bristol or Croydon city centre office with a hybrid workstyle.
What does the role entail?
- Work within a team to deliver Admin Systems work.
- Deliver work in a consistent and efficient manner.
- Play an active role in the delivery of work through coding and configuration of the admin platforms.
- Provide support to end users.
- Identifying and fixing root causes of system issues.
- Liaising with other team members to ensure that the delivery of solutions is consistent and effective.
- Work with Support, Work and Skill Leads to participate in the build of solutions.
- Participate in the build of optimised solutions to reduce ongoing maintenance overheads and deliver efficient solutions to the administration team.
- Ensure work is delivered in line with the processes and procedures relating to Admin Systems.
- Work with the Applications and Systems team to hand over any applicable tasks.
- Work within the wider governance framework to ensure a consistent approach and documentation of all work delivery.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the Admin Systems team to develop and enhance understanding.
- Participate in the training and development of the Admin Systems team
- Ensure processes support Isio’s ISO27001 & ISO22301 certifications and are built with security considerations as a key element.
What we’re looking for
- Pensions Administration experience is highly desirable
- Experience of delivering solutions
- Experience of providing systems support.
- Some systems expertise across admin systems is desirable.
- Experience of working with others
- Good communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Planning & Organisational skills.
- Analytical skills and creative approach to getting work delivered.
- Willingness to identify and overcome barriers to delivery of work
