We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our growing team. As a Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client service and driving impactful transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading teams to assess current state finance processes, systems, and controls to identify opportunities for improvement and value creation.
  • Design and develop future state solutions leveraging technology, leading practices, and innovative approaches.
  • Facilitation of client working sessions to develop system requirements,
  • Leading client and Deloitte teams involved in designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing finance solutions
  • Project manage the implementation of finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, system implementation, and organisational change management
  • Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on finance transformation matters.
  • Contribute to business development activities by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Required Skills:

  • A relevant degree, or equivalent experience.
  • ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA, or equivalent, qualified
  • Strong communication, team building, teaming and presentation experience
  • Proven technical accounting or advisory-related implementation experience in finance improvement projects
  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Project management / leading teams to deliver client outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments / responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of working with senior finance stakeholders (eg CFO, Controller)

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in working with BlackLine, SAP Concur, Workiva, SAP or Oracle Finance systems
  • Industry experience within any of Energy, Resources & Industrials; Technology & Media; Consumer or Healthcare and Life Sciences
  • Experience with specific finance transformation methodologies and frameworks.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies such as cloud computing, automation, and artificial intelligence.
  • Coding abilities and experience of extracting meaningful insights from complex datasets through proficient data analysis
