Our Global Occupier Management team are looking for an Associate to join us either in our Birmingham or London office and provide a number of our key clients the full property management service, whilst representing the company to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

Every day is different working within the team, however on a typical day you would expect the following responsibilities

As an Associate within the Global Occupier Management team, you will be working across several properties with one of our major clients, to deliver estate management services, collaborating with other skill lines across the C&W group too.

• To ensure cost effective operational running of allocated sites
• Liaison with clients and 3rd parties i.e. landlords and their agents to ensure uninterrupted use of the client’s premises, effectively acting as the intermediary between landlord and tenant
• Identify and drive through cost savings for corporate occupiers
• For sublet properties, monitor income collection and tenant liaison
• Manage exit strategies for freehold and leasehold properties being vacated
• Ensure adherence to lease terms and compliance with statutory requirements and advising clients of same
• Direct and frequent client contact and reporting
  
  

Candidates Will Hopefully Embody The Following

To be right for the role, we would be looking for Surveyors that have been working on estate management for at least five years post qualification. You will have a proven track record of achieving client and departmental targets and will have high client satisfaction from your work.

• Degree level Estate Management qualification or equivalent
• Membership of RICS
• Up to date knowledge of legislation regarding property management
• Demonstrable technical competence in property management
• Previously worked in property management team
• General practice background for or within either a corporate, public sector or private practice
