WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING


The Marketing Assistant plays a crucial role in the Marketing and Creative Team, providing support on campaigns and in-store marketing communications.You will be responsible coordinating the end to end creative process for all brand & marketing elements across the whole customer journey, all channels and customer touch points both offline and across digital assets. As well as coordinating all the creative elements for Robert Dyas, at our Retail Support Centre in Wimbledon



  • Manage, organise, ensure QA (Quality Assessment) is complete and own the end-to-end work flow of campaigns (Studio) - taking briefs from the marketing team and wider business and then feeding back the creative executions to those colleagues

  • You will coordinate project schedules, daily team tasks and the briefing process for campaigns to the team to ensure all deadlines are met.

  • You will need the ability to prioritise several projects at once and update click up and deadlines are met.

  • Coordinating the Creative Review meetings - Minute taking, preparing google slides

  • Assist the Social Media manager across various social channels

  • Coordinate influencer, press and media product requests

  • Manage giveaways and influencer product delivery.

  • Keep marketing critical paths and promotional calendars up to date

  • Coordinate all bespoke store requests and help briefing new ideas to the retail marketing team

  • Monitor the shared retail marketing inbox

  • Support the marketing team with ad hoc requests and incentives as required

  • Support stores with campaign launches

You’re a super organised self starter who thrives on working to process and always delivers results/timelines. You will need to work well with colleagues across multiple departments and you’re determined to see the team shine.



  • Extensive experience in coordinating timelines and process

  • You be will able to take briefs and coordinate the teams

  • You will be a confident communicator, able to respond directly when required but also have that “of course we can” attitude

  • You have a track record of making things happen - quickly and efficiently with a can-do attitude. You want to be part of a team who roll up their sleeves, divide and conquer and of course have fun along the way.
