We’re looking for a Tech Lead to drive the development of AI-powered learning experiences that are scalable, engaging, and impactful. You’ll play a key role in shaping product architecture, leading a world-class engineering team, and building tools that transform how students learn and how educators teach.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead technical strategy and architecture for a high-performance learning platform


• Guide and mentor engineers to best practices and technical excellence


• Drive the integration of AI and emerging technologies to personalise education


• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to ensure seamless experiences


• Own end-to-end technical delivery from concept to launch


• Maintain platform reliability, scalability, and performance


• Build internal tools like CMS and analytics dashboards

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of engineering experience (at least 2 in a leadership role)


• Proficient with PHP and React/TypeScript


• Proven track record building scalable, consumer-facing digital products


• Strong full-stack skills and knowledge of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and CI/CD


• Experience or strong interest in AI/LLMs and applying them to real-world products


• Backgrounds in edtech, gaming, entertainment, are desirable


• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in an agile, fast-moving environment


• Excellent communication and mentoring skills


• Passion for education and familiarity with UK/US education systems (a bonus)
