Job Title: Senior Consultant - Finance Systems


Location: Midlands (1 day in the Birmingham office with occasional in-person meetings)


Salary: £60,000 to £70,000 + Benefits


Trinity House Group are working with an entrepreneurial management consultancy that specialises in finance transformation solutions. They have a variety of FTSE 100 to SME clients and as they continue to grow are looking for a proactive and skilled Senior Consultant who has a specialism in Finance Systems/Transformation to join their team.


The ideal candidate will have a passion for finance transformation, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and have a strong finance systems background.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.

  • Lead and support finance system implementations, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

  • Conduct engaging training sessions and knowledge transfers for clients.

  • Produce essential documentation, including design documents and client training guides.

  • Drive continuous innovation and contribute to process improvements.

Required Experience:



  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent).

  • Strong knowledge of finance processes (Consolidation, FP&A, etc.).

  • Background in Finance Transformation, System Implementation, or EPM Consulting.
