Role Overview:
At MEG we are looking for an Implementation Lead with 2 to 3 years’ experience of project managing the localisation and configuration of digital workflow solutions within UK Healthcare. The role will normally involve remote client-facing engagements within both private and public medical environments; however, flexibility is expected to accommodate on-site visits that may be required as part of the project delivery life cycle.
The role will be full-time - Monday to Friday, 5 days a week, except UK public holidays. A standard 8-hour workday (+ 1 hour lunch) format will be followed. Working hours will normally be based upon London time and may be adjusted to help facilitate communication and coordination between team members based outside the region. An overlap in the working hours across the team may be deemed necessary at key stages of implementation and support.
Key Requirements:
- 2 – 3 years’ experience in a project management / deployment lead role, ideally within UK Health Care.
- Experience of overseeing the localising of software solutions within Health Care. NHS change management experience is highly desirable.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills. Candidate must have clear verbal and written English
- Strong time management skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience of educating end users
- Ability to effectively lead projects via remote working with minimum of supervision
- Experience of working with Leadership-level clients, especially within Health Care
Beneficial Requirements:
- Background in Health Care, ideally with experience of clinical reporting
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems
