This role will be to provide a varied range of recruitment and recruitment related administration services across the UK business as required.

A Little More About The Role
- Recruiting and sourcing candidates for a range of roles using internal networking, LinkedIn Recruiter and other online media.
- Relationship building with internal Line Managers, candidates and recruitment suppliers as well as the wider HR team.
- Recruitment System Administration including but not limited to; writing and posting vacancies/job adverts, amending and extending vacancies, setting up user profiles, setting up candidate interviews, progressing offers of employment and chasing approvals.
- End to end candidate management duties including, pre-screening, telephone interviews, Line Manager interview set up, job offer support, and on-boarding.
- Sourcing and pipelining candidates
- Vacancy control and candidate management
- Experience in recruitment in the engineering market
- Relationship management skills
- Candidates from a recruitment agency background may be considered but in house recruitment experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills; able to influence and engage with people, comfortable with presenting ideas and views, able to constructively challenge, probe and offer an alternative perspective in discussions
- Proven experience acting as part of a team
- Results driven; proactive, accountable, responsible for delivery with a strong client/customer service orientation
- Time management and a highly organised approach are essential as well as advanced level IT skills
- Experience working in a fast paced role in a busy team
