My client, a leader in the BTR industry, is looking to recruit a time-served and skilled painter and decorator into their team on a temporary basis
Based at one site, your role will encompass the painting of vacant apartments and communal areas in a fantastic build to rent site in Birmingham. Your ability to work independently and under pressure, whilst maintaining a high standard of work is crucial to the resident turnover and the buildings success. Health and Safety awareness and understanding
Ability to work independently off of own initiative
Work to a high standard and great attention to detail
Ability to manage time effectively and work to a time constraint
Positive 'can-do' attitude

No CSCS card required and all tools provided on site
