My client are a fast-growing, flavour-obsessed food manufacturer shaking up the food manufacturing space. They don’t just make food — they craft experiences. And they're on the hunt for a Head of Technical who’s ready to take the reins, lead with energy, and ensure our quality, safety, and compliance are as exceptional as our taste.
The Role
This isn’t about box-ticking. This is about leading from the front — technically, strategically, operationally — to make sure everything we create is nothing short of extraordinary.
You’ll be the guardian of quality, food safety, compliance, and innovation — shaping the technical future of a brand that’s turning heads (and filling baskets).
You’ll Be Doing Things Like:
Commanding the technical agenda across manufacturing and innovation- Owning audits, retailer standards, and certifications — with swagger
- Championing food safety culture and building processes that just work
- Partnering with NPD to launch cutting-edge products with zero compromise
- Building, inspiring, and scaling a high-performance tech team
What You Bring:
- Experience leading technical/quality in a food manufacturing setting
- Fluency in BRC, HACCP, food law, and the detail that drives excellence
- Commercial instinct with rock-solid decision making
