Gold Daddy Vodka is redefining the ultra-premium spirits landscape—and we’re looking for a driven, connected, and results-focused Sales Specialist to lead our brand’s growth across the UK. This role is central to building our market presence, securing brand placements, and cultivating long-term relationships with key players in hospitality and distribution.


Success in this position means:



  • Consistently expanding our presence in top-tier venues.

  • Building a solid network of trusted partnerships with bars, restaurants, distributors, and wholesalers.

  • Achieving and exceeding sales KPIs while strengthening brand visibility and reputation.


You’ll be working closely with the leadership team, playing a critical role in shaping our go-to-market strategy and establishing Gold Daddy Vodka as a staple in the premium spirits scene.


Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan tailored to the UK market.

  • Identify, approach, and secure new accounts in hospitality and retail sectors.

  • Build and manage strong relationships with bar owners, restaurant groups, distributors, and wholesalers.

  • Lead sales negotiations and close commercial agreements with key stakeholders.

  • Represent Gold Daddy Vodka at trade events, tastings, and industry gatherings to increase brand awareness.

  • Track and analyze sales metrics, report on performance, and refine sales strategies accordingly.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing and leadership teams to align brand positioning and sales efforts.


Qualifications



  • Proven experience in sales within the spirits, beverage, or hospitality industry.

  • Strong existing network across bars, restaurants, distributors, and wholesalers in the UK.

  • Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage long-term client relationships.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities; comfortable working independently.

  • Fluency in English required; Polish language skills are a significant advantage.

  • Experience using CRM tools and reporting on sales performance is a plus.

  • Passion for premium products and a keen understanding of high-end brand positioning.
