Neon Search is proud to be working with a renowned luxury lifestyle brand on the search for an Ecommerce Manager to lead the evolution of their Shopify platform, digital roadmap, and UX optimisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded and technically savvy ecommerce professional to step into a high-impact role within a dynamic DTC environment.

You’ll be the driving force behind the brand’s digital experience — owning the performance and development of the ecommerce site and working hand-in-hand with a leading digital agency to elevate every element of the customer journey. From identifying friction points to championing best-in-class UX and frontend performance, your mission will be to ensure every touchpoint reflects the brand’s commitment to intuitive, luxury-led online experiences.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and deliver the ecommerce development roadmap in partnership with internal teams and external agencies.


• Own the Shopify platform — identifying and integrating tools to enhance performance and customer experience.


• Optimise the online journey using insights from GA4, heatmaps, customer feedback, and other tools.


• Enhance UX through a luxury-focused lens, ensuring seamless and intuitive navigation at every stage.


• Drive operational efficiency by streamlining ecommerce workflows and identifying automation opportunities.


• Collaborate with CRM, digital marketing, and retail teams to ensure a connected omnichannel experience.


• Stay on the pulse of ecommerce trends, emerging tech, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in ecommerce management, ideally within the luxury retail space.


• Shopify expertise, including experience with third-party apps and integrations.


• Strong UX/UI sensibility with a passion for creating beautifully functional shopping experiences.


• Data-driven mindset with experience leveraging analytics and insight platforms (GA4, Mouseflow etc.).


• Confident project management skills and the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders.


• Experience working with digital agencies and cross-functional internal teams.


• Bonus points for experience in omnichannel retail and A/B testing.
